This was my first pumpkin pie, I never made it, never tried it. I had no idea what to expect from it. I looked into various recipes, but I decided to try my fellow YouTuber Mr. Food Wishes recipe. I think I made the right choice! I didn’t have the spices that the recipe asks for so I added my twist.
1 can (450mL) pumpkin puree
3 egg yolks
1 can (400mL) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp of ground clove
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
9-inch unbaked pie crust

1 lata (400mL) de leite condensado
1 colher de chá de canela em pó
1/4 colher de chá de noz moscada
1/8 colher de chá de cravo
1/2 colher de chá de gengibre moído
1/8 colher de chá de pimenta preta moída
1/2 colher de chá de sal fino
Crosta de torta não cozida de 9 polegadas
1 copo > 250 mL
