This is an easy and fast way to make cauliflower and it substitutes rice very nicely. It’s very low calorie so it’s good for my diet 😂

1 cauliflower
2 carrots
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1 tbsp Westchester sauce
