Saturday night is always pasta night! A couple of Saturdays ago I tried this cheesy shell casserole with minced beef. You don’t need to add the meat, it’s your choice. I used 3 different kinds of cheese: ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan.
The family loved it!

Ingredients (6 people):
olive oil
500g minced beef
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
3 capers
1 anchovies
3 ripe large tomatoes
¼ cup of fresh oreganos
¼ cup of fresh basil
400g large pasta shells
250g of mushrooms
250-500g of spinach
ricotta
mozarella
parmesan
