ATTENTION, this is a hyper-caloric recipe!

Ingredients (serves 6):
Part 1:
1 kilo of Potatoes
Part 2:
5 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 cups milk (warm)
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
Salt
Pinch Nutmeg
Pinch Black Pepper
Part 3:
4 pieces of thick cod
2 onions
2 garlic cloves Olive oil
1 carrot
1 egg (separate yolk and whites )
250 mL of cream
Salt if needed, it will depend on how salty is the cod.
Note: If you buy salted cod, you will have to remove the salt by putting the cod in a big bucket with water for 3 days, not forgetting to change the water 3 times a day. If the cod is too thick you need to change the water 4 times. I would suggest for you to buy salted shredded cod, and for this, you only need to put the cod in water for at least 8 hours and changing the water 3 times.
