I tried risotto for the first time last year and loved it! Tried out a couple of recipes but this one is my favorite recipe till now.

Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients (for 4 people):
For broth:
Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves
6 cups of water
500g of Shrimp

For Risotto:
Olive oil
1 medium onion
4 green onions
1 cup of arborio rice
150g of Portobello mushrooms
1/3 cup of white wine
2 ½ cups Shrimp broth
1 tbsp of butter
¼ cup of grated parmesan
salt

Ingredientes em Português (para 4 pessoas):
Para caldo:
Azeite
3 dentes de alho
6 copos de água
500g de camarão

Para risoto:
Azeite
1 cebola média
4 cebolinhos
1 copo de arroz arborio
150g de cogumelos Portobello
1/3 copo de vinho branco
2 ½ copos de caldo de camarão
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
¼ copo de queijo parmesão ralado
sal
