This is one of my Moms favorite desserts, Panna Cotta! I usually add a strawberry topping, but since my mom likes peaches too, I chose peaches.

So this panna cotta recipe is Gordan Ramsey’s recipe but I made one substitution the Grand Mariner instead of rum. I usually use Port, but I wanted to try with the Mariner, it ended up very good! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
250 mL cream
50 mL milk
50 g sugar
2 gelatin sheets
1 vanilla bean
1 tbsp of Grand Marnier

For the topping:
2 Peaches
¼ water
1 tbsp of Grand Marnier
1 tbsp of brown sugar

Ingredientes em Português:

250 mL de natas
50 mL de leite
50 g de açúcar
2 folhas de gelatina
1 vagem de baunilha
1 colher de sopa de licor Grand Marnier

Para a cobertura:
2 pêssegos
¼ copo de água
1 colher de sopa de Grand Marnier
1 colher de sopa de açúcar mascavado

1 copo > 250 mL
