So why the kiwi and strawberry if its pineapple delight?
According to my mom, it’s just for decoration! This is a recipe that my mom has been doing for years! We always make in the summertime. This dessert is creamy and the pineapple flavor gives it a tropical je ne sais quoi.
I would suggest as a topping a pineapple gelee, I might try that next time!
Ingredients:
1 can of 540 mL of crushed pineapple
250g of cream cheese
½ cup of sugar
500 mL heavy cream
300 g of ladyfingers
Kiwi & strawberries for decoration

300 g de bolachas de champagne
