Pizza is our Sunday dinner almost every week. I’m always trying new types of doughs and different types of toppings. Today I’m sharing how I make our Pizza Margherita. The dough is somewhat high but very fluffy. The dough recipe is by Frank Pinello I found it via the Munchies website. The tomato sauce you can make a quick type of sauce as shown in my video or if you have some more time you can make a sauce like I made HERE.

Ingredients (for 2 medium pizza’s):

Pizza Dough:

1 1/2 cups warm water (110-115° F)
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp salt
3 ½ cups flour

Tomato Sauce:
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 can of roma tomatoes (796mL)
Oregano
Salt
Black pepper

Toppings:
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella
Basil
Olive oil infused with truffle

Ingredientes em Português
(para 2 pizzas medias):

Massa De Pizza:
1 1/2 copos de água morna (110-115 ° F)
1 colher de chá de fermento seco
1 ½ colheres de sopa de azeite
1 ½ colher de chá de sal
3 ½ copos de farinha

Molho de Tomate:
2 dentes de alho
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 lata de tomates roma(796mL)
Oreganos
Manjericão
Sal
Pimenta preta

Coberturas:
Molho de Tomate
Mozzarella
Manjericão
Azeite aromatizado com trufas
