Portuguese Octopus “à Lagareiro”

There are different ways to make Octopus à Lagareiro but this is how I make it. I didn’t add portions in this recipe because you can basically eyeball this recipe and it will work. The secret is to cook your octopus perfectly which is a challenge I confess, but normally I boil my octopus for 1h and it is enough. Hope you enjoy.

Octopus
Potatoes
Onion
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt
