This recipe is always made in my house when there is leftover salted cod, which is almost every other week! Hahaha, I normally eyeball this recipe it’s so easy!!
Small bunch Italian parsley
2 green onions
1 yellow onion (on video I wrote normal.. but what I really meant was yellow onion)
1 cup of leftover salted cod (you can add a little bit more like 1 ½ cup)
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt (it will depend on how salted is your cod)
Ingredients that can be adjusted until the above mixture turns into lava consistency:
10 tbsp of all-purpose flour
2 tbsp of water
To fry the fritters you can use vegetable oil, or olive oil it’s your choice. Remember when taking fritters out of oil to remove excess oil by adding fritters to paper so it can be absorbed, and don’t lay them down, keep them in a straight position like I displayed them on the Pyrex. If the fritters are laid down they tend to get soggier.

1 molho de salsa pequeno
1 copo de sobras de bacalhau (ou 1 copo e meio)
Pitada de pimenta preta
Pitada de sal (vai depender se o bacalhau for salgado ou não)
Ingredientes que podem ser ajustados:
10 colheres de sopa de farinha
2 colheres de sopa de água
