When I was living in Portugal, I lived near the sea and was privileged to have the best fish to eat every day. This recipe was one of the many recipes we made at home. Even though I used frozen fish, it is pretty good. When eating fish I have a high standard. 😂 The fresher your fish the better your dish! 😉

Hope you enjoy!

1/4 cup of chopped bacon
1 large onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium-sized tomatoes
