This is a just a simple chicken roast recipe, where a lot of butter is involved. The butter gives the chicken breast the juiciness and the rosemary/lemon the flavor. 😂

110 g of butter (room temperature)
¼ cup of rosemary
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 chicken
1 lemon
2 onions
