IT’S TOMATO SEASON!!!! 🍅🍅
There is so much you can do with tomatoes! One of my favorite things is making this “snack”.

Ingredients (for 2 people):
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp of fresh oregano
fleur de sal & black pepper
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 slices of toasted rye bread

Ingredientes em Português
(para 2 pessoas):
3 tomates
2 colheres de sopa de orégano fresco
fleur de sal e pimenta preta
1 colher de sopa de vinagre balsâmico
1/2 colheres de sopa de vinagre de cidra
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 dente de alho
2 fatias de pão de centeio torrado
