Summer Tri-Color Pasta Salad

Going out for a picnic or you were invited to a BBQ and don’t know what to take? How about a fresh summer pasta salad? This is so easy to make! Just toss everything in a bowl and ta-da you’re done! Hahaha, You can even prepare this the night before and it will still be good for lunch the next day!

Ingredients:

375g of tri-color pasta (follow package instructions for cooking)
½ of red pepper (medium size) – diced
½ of green pepper (medium size) – diced
100g of diced cucumbers
100g of small shrimp (pre-cooked will do)
100g or less of crab meat
A handful of sliced olives
Parmesan

Salad dressing:
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
¼ cup of olive oil
3 tbsp of sun-dried tomato & oregano salad dressing (if you have sun-dried tomatoes you can add them instead)

Ingredientes em Português:

375g de massa de 3 cores (segue as instruções do pacote para cozinhar)
½ pimento vermelha (tamanho médio) – em cubos
½ piment verde (tamanho médio) – em cubos
100g de pepino aos cubos
100g de camarão pequeno (pré-cozido serve)
100g ou menos de delicias do mar
Uma mão cheia de azeitonas em fatias
parmesão

Molho para salada:
½ colher de chá de sal
1 colher de sopa de vinagre de maçã
1 colher de sopa de vinagre balsâmico
¼ copo de azeite
3 colheres de sopa de molho de tomate seco com oréganos (se tiveres tomates secos, podes adicioná-los)
