Sweet Samosas – Peach & Ricotta

I had some leftover spring roll pastry and leftover ricotta, I added some peaches and voila! New dessert!

Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients (for 6 samosas):
2 peaches
2 tbsp of brown sugar
½ lemon zest and juice
1 tsp of cinnamon
½ cup of ricotta
1 tbsp of sugar
spring-roll pastry

For the “glue” approximately:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup of water
You can eyeball the amounts until you reach consistency shown in video

Ingredientes em Português (para 6 chamuças ):
2 pêssegos
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavo
raspas de ½ limão e sumo
1 colher de chá de canela
½ copo de ricota
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
massa de rolinhos-primavera

Para a “cola” aproximadamente:
1/3 copo de farinha
1/3 copo de água
pode alterar as quantidades ate atingir a consistência mostrada no vídeo

1 copo = 250 mL
